The following expressions shall, unless the

a Internet Service Provider in Hong Kong |

"Services" Internet access and/or
e-mail services provided by INeXTech; and |

1.1.3 |
"Member"(s) registered subscriber
of the Services. |

"Policy" Policy of rendering Services
to Subscriber by INeXTech which content as refer to hereof and form an integral
part of this Terms and Conditions. |

2.1 |
By using IneXTech.com services, you agree to
be abided by these Terms and Conditions. |

3.1 |
The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region is strictly observed. Customers' privacy
obtained by INeX - including customer accounts, transactions, and all correspondence
are handled with strict confidentiality. INeX will not disclose personal
data of member to third party except service providers. |

3.2 |
Only authorized staff is permitted to access
to that customer’s personal data. The data, however, may be used for
the purposes of order processing, delivery, analysis, marketing or services
of INeX, or third party service providers who provide services to our company
for the above mentioned purposes. |

| Use Of Services & Investigation |

4.1 |
INeXTech services are provided for use in conformance
with this Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. INeXTech reserves
the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy contained in
Part 2 hereof. When INeXTech becomes aware of possible violations, INeXTech
may initiate investigation which may include gathering Information from
the member(s) involved and the complaining party, if any, and examination
of material on INeXTech servers. |

4.2 |
During an investigation, INeXTech may suspend
the member(s) involved and remove the material involved from its servers.
If INeXTech believes, a violation of these Guidelines has occurred, it may
take actions at its sole discretion. This action may include, but not be
limited to, temporary or permanent removal of material from INeXTech's servers,
the cancellation of news group posts, warnings to the member(s) involved,
and the suspension or termination of the subscription involved. INeXTech,
at its discretion, will determine what action will be taken in response
to a violation on a case-by-case basis. Violations of this Policy could
also subject the Subscriber to criminal or civil liability. |

INeX tries our best to offer a fast, efficient,
and reliable delivery service to the customers. The exact delivery lead
time will be determined based on the PO time. Should the PO be awarded at
an earlier or later date, the delivery lead time will be adjusted accordingly
and upon availability of resources. A confirmation call/e-mail will be issued
upon receipt of the purchase order from the customers. The delivery details
